1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for and using Ash Academy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Course Access & Enrollment

Upon successful payment, you receive lifetime access to enrolled courses. Access is personal and non-transferable. We reserve the right to update or modify course content at any time.

4. Booking & Sessions

Individual coaching sessions may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations within 24 hours are not eligible for refund. Group session schedules are managed by the coach and may be rescheduled.

5. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely via PayPal. Prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes. Refund requests for courses should be made within 14 days of purchase if you have not accessed more than 25% of the content.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, videos, and resources are the intellectual property of Ash Academy and Tracey Ash. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share course materials without written permission.

7. Certificates

Certificates of completion are issued upon completing all required lessons in a course. Certificates are for personal and professional development purposes.

8. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through Settings. Deletion is permanent and will remove all your personal data, enrollments, progress, and certificates. This action cannot be undone.

9. Limitation of Liability

Ash Academy provides educational content on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
